Total shipping time is calculated as follows:
Processing time: 3-5 working days.
Transit time: Zone A countries (10-15 working days), Zone B countries (15-30 working days)
Zone A countries: Asia. Other countries are in Zone B.
Please note that "working days" excludes public holidays and weekends.
EMS delivery is provided by China EMS and starts at $13.
Processing time: 4-6 working days, does not include additional processing/production/assembly time if indicated.

Yes, to ensure accurate delivery, a signature is required.
This means that a recipient is absent during delivery attempt, the parcel will be sent to a local post office. A notice slip will be left at your address asking you to pick it up.
Zemos is not liable for ay parcels that are returned due to failed retrieval from the post office. After the tracking number is provided, you are responsible for tracking your shipment.
When you place an International Order with us (non-Hong Kong), not only do you pay for the item/s and our shipping rate for the item/s to get to you, you are additionally responsible for the destination country's international tariff fees which we cannot predict. You are responsible for the international tariff fees and if you refuse to pay them upon receiving the package, it will then be sent back to us (or placed in abandonment) and you will forfeit not only the item but all fees paid to Zemos, including the cost of item/s.
Orders are processed at our Hong Kong headquarters. Some orders may be fulfilled from our USA or Singapore warehouses based on inventory location.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact us directly for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.
