Candied Ginger. Fresh ginger grown from the highlands, cut in thin slices, cleaned, and slowly cooked with brown sugar and rolled in coarse brown sugar to preserve it.
It has a wonderful sweet, fragrant & spicy taste, chewy/gummy, lightly coated with brown sugar, and really well suited, to the mind.
Also for use in baking, and is commonly used in desserts, is ideal as a spicy snack, added in a unique cup of tea, or an ingredient in your cooking.
